I got a lovely email in my inbox this morning from Apple all about the new iPhone 4. Is anyone else as excited as I am? What would I pay for an iPhone 4? An arm? A leg? Maybe. It’s a good thing the iPhone 4 will only cost $199 for entry.
Some highlights of the phone are:
- multitasking (no more closing apps to use another app!)
- HD video recording
- Super high resolution (960 x 640 res)
- Better battery life
- Engineered glass (more durable, better reception)
Some say this phone is so well-equipped, the only thing missing is a soul. (Well, Steve Jobs said it does come with a soul.) ;-)
The iPhone 3Gs will be available for $99 and the 3G will be done away with.
You can pre-order the iPhone 4 June 15 and it will be available June 24.
The new iPhones come in black and white.
My only complaint is that they aren’t introducing new colors. Maybe next time.
